The manufacturing team at Circuit Solutions (Cambridge) Ltd are responsible for the assembly, test, packing and despatch of a wide range of PCB’s and finished products built to customer design and supplied to order to many diverse companies. We operate three fully automated surface mount assembly (SMT) lines and an automated selective soldering system to ensure that we offer our customers the very latest and best solutions to their complex manufacturing requirements.

Surface Mount (SMT) Assembly Operative (Night shift, 4 nights per week)

An opportunity to join our nightshift team, working 20:30 – 06:30, Monday to Thursday. For this role you will need to have experience of running a pick and place line (ideally Europlacer), but training will be given. We currently run two lines on nightshift but our forecasted order intake now requires a third line to run. While on nightshift, this position benefits from a generous +25% shift allowance.

PCB Rework Operative

Occasionally, things go wrong with our process and that’s where we require a rework specialist to put it right. You will have a wide range of rework tools at your disposal as well as access to our dedicated rework stations linked directly to the automated optical inspection network. You will also be required to undertake modifications and occasionally rework from our customers.
